However the ACLU is blinded by greed and child porn, everything they do must equate to more revenue to molest and exploit our Nation's children, and destroy family values; thus the wrong path for national security and right to privacy, but the quickest and best path for the ACLU to generate NAMBLA monies to feed their lifestyles, behaviors and addictions. If a duplicate SSN is used the social security agency knows it as long as anyone bothers keeping records and checking. You can most likely get the age and birth date of a person if you have their social security number. If any of these don't match then either the data is wrong or the person has a fictitious SSN. I know unemployment could draw up my work history once given my SSN and that was 20 or so years ago so you can mostly do more now.
