The ACLU & ethically challenged judge = danger to
Judge shopping? I heard on the radio that the ACLU considered nine different venues for their filing. But here is something:

The ACLU isn't stupid. Alan Sears and Craig Murray document the public statements made by the architects of the ACLU to bring their cases before judges with a favorable view towards their complaint in "The ACLU vs America".

It is also why the judiciary is segmented the way it is so that a plaintiff must repeatedly defend their complaint in a randomly assigned fashion.

I'd like to learn how Judge Taylor was assigned to this case. I'd also like to examine these things prior to oral arguments.

[...] UPDATE: And he has even more, this time about how “justice” Taylor, in a case where she uncharacteristically DID choose to recuse herself, went against procedure in order to try to get a judge that she liked to replace her. Did we mention that she is a Carter appointee? No, we didn’t. We shouldn’t have to. Posted by Emperor Darth Misha I @ 8:59 pm | [...]
