The U.S. Constitution does allow the Federal government to deport illegal aliens from the U.S. but states and local communities have the same rights within their jurisdiction just like a state or local community has the right to grant local citizenship to aliens even if the federal government has not granted them national citizenship. Some cities allow illegals to vote in the local elections. The ACLU should take a little time and read the actual U.S. Constitution before opening their mouth.
