I am kind of curious what you mean by there is no establishment clause in the First Amendment of The U.S. Constitution. The first 12 Amendments are limits on the Federal government and not on the states. The federal Courts have violated the rule of law by misinterpreting the Fourteenth Amendment to say they can now apply the Bill of Rights to the states but the Fourteenth specifically gives power to Congress to enforce itself in section 5 and it does not give any power to the federal courts or federal executive branch. The Justices think Americans are stupid and can not understand the American language. It is a good post.
