If there action in leaking the information is deemed justified then they should be exonerated. If it is not deemed justified then they should suffer the consequences. This is one place I agree with liberals and libertarians as I do not want to give anyone a blank check to violate the rights of Americans even for my security. It is not that hard to get a warrant especially when you can get it up three days after the search.
