I might still prosecute the case unless the suicide note can be verified to be the victims handwriting or the call was taped. That has nothing to do with the stand your ground laws. I tend to look at the Second Amendment as requiring the citizenry to be trained as a well ordered militia and the militias were co-opted by the state after the just after the Civil War. Congress is trying to nationalize them even further now after Bush made an attempt to cut down their number.
