Calling the ACLU! Defend this man’s “right” to child porn!

Perv mayor busted possessing, distributing child porn
We all know the ACLU’s position on child porn — once it’s produced, it becomes “protected speech” — so let’s see if they knock anyone over to defend this bottom feeder. The attorney sounds like he’s gotten a hold of the ACLU’s talking points:

Defense attorney Thomas Briscoe argued for a minimal bond, saying Adams “has no criminal record, and these are all images, there are no live victims.”

You can also say the same thing about Andrea Yates.

Before the trolls scream that this guy is Republican…

Unlike the psy-Kos-is crowd, I don’t defend criminals, anti-Semites or racism just because the offender wants to advance my political ideology. A criminal is a criminal, that’s that.

I see the attorney is denying the existence of the law of supply and demand. His clients demand for child porn causes harm to be done to children. I believe that preventing child porn may also aid those struggling with pedophilia to overcome their desires and thus protect children.
