		<description>Un-friggin-believable! Six Flags is a private enterprise. Quite frankly, I am so flabbergasted I do not even know how to express mys disgust for the ACLU on this one.

	I know my company, and all the other wireless companies, have similar policies regarding dress codes, along with stuff like tattoos, shaving, piercings, etc. I tend to get slack and let my hair get long now and then, and my boss gets on my azz about it.

	I remember one guy, interviewed awesome. Smart, funny, witty, great answers to sales related questions. Showed up in a suit. Best candidate. But he had tattoos on his wrists and neck. So, no dice. Two other carriers turned him down, as well, I found out.

	But, the ACLU wants the nanny state. However, I&#039;ll bet money that the ACLU won&#039;t hire lawyers that have tattoos, body piercings, dreadlocks, etc.</description>
