Around here you dont, you don't need to show any papers when you go vote. But you do need 'papers' in order to vote, in the sense that you need to be a citizen. But I heard you don't need the papers to vote in order to help. At least that's what she's talking about, she's talking about volunteering. “She said you don’t need papers to vote.”
