The ACLU has Come for the Children
Posted on May 12, 2006
As the old saying goes, “Give me a child until he is seven and I will give you the man.”
Under the heading of “insultingly disingenuous,” the ACLU is quoted in a Boston Globe article on the subject of propaganda being thrust on six and seven year-old children in government schools without the knowledge or consent of parents:
”You can’t tailor public education for each child to meet what parents want based on their personal moral or religious beliefs,” said Sarah Wunsch, a staff attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union, talking about how the Chelmsford decision might apply to the Lexington case. ”Education would grind to a halt.”
Oh, I see, but you can tailor education to satisfy the political demands of a microscopic (but moneyed, politically powerful and far-from-the-mainstream) minority despite the righteous outrage of the very people who pay taxes to keep the nurses’ offices in these Institutions of Perpetual Ignorance stocked with condoms, Ritalin and sodomy how-to manuals. (This link contains offensive material that was actually distributed at a school in Massachusetts)
These are the putrified fruits of the ACLU’s extremist agenda. The ACLU has truly come for the children and are not doing much to hide it. The ACLU jumps to the defense of thrice-convicted child sodomizers, child pornographers and NAMBLA while waging a war against the Boy Scouts, Catholic Charities’ adoption operation and Christian schools that require students to refrain from public acts of homosexual behavior, among others.
An equally insidious avenue to complete ownership of the minds and souls of innocent children is the tactic of eviscerating the rights of parents to direct the upbringing and education of their own children. This isn’t hyperbolic Chicken-Littling. Consider this quote from ACLU of Florida dementoid Howard Simon in regard to parental involvement with their children’s education:
“When the state forces parents to be involved, the consequences are often catastrophic.”
Couple that with the quote in the subject article. If the ACLU’s treachery was confined to idiotic public statements, we could just point and laugh, but we know that not to be the case. The ACLU is working overtime to make sure that the most vulnerable among us remain vulture bait, depriving them even of the protection of their own parents. The ACLU opposes parental notification before a child receives an abortion, yet thinks its A-OK for some cheesedog “guidance counselor” to transport the same child across state lines to kill her baby. The ACLU implausibly brays abstinence education programs overwhelmingly favored by parents “endanger adolescent health.” The ACLU opposes keeping terrorists on a tropical island with menus of rice pilaf and lemon chicken, but favors the internment of millions of children in failing government schools while most parents want school choice. The ACLU believes that parents have no right to opt their children out of “tolerance training” programs that ridicule the family’s religious convictions. Robed Tyrant Reinhart of the 9th (Short) Circuit is married to an ACLU rat-ette, so I’m comfortable writing that they golf-clapped in response to his recent opinion regarding the raunchy sex survey administered to Palmdale, CA grade-schoolers. Behold the dementia:
“We hold that there is no free-standing fundamental right of parents ‘to control the upbringing of their children by introducing them to matters of and relating to sex in accordance with their personal and religious values and beliefs’ and that the asserted right is not encompassed by any other fundamental right…Once parents make the choice as to which school their children will attend, their fundamental right to control the education of their children is, at the least, substantially diminished.”
The only “parental right” the ACLU seems interested in defending is the “right” to dismember a baby a stop-watch click from delivery.
No need to paint feces gold here — the ACLU is heavily invested in purposely thrusting children into adult debates on sexual politics without the consent of the adults responsible for these children and often in direct defiance of parents. They support and defend the use of the organizationally incompetent government school system to subject children from K-12 to an unrelenting barrage of propaganda (at the expense of education, of course) aimed at unraveling the moral upbringing most parents seek for their children and detaching them from the real history and ideals on which this country has thrived and prospered.

The ACLU has an agenda. It is to undermine the American culture. It has been very successful. So how will we fight back when 4 out of 7 of the Supreme Court Judges appointed by Republicans voted to legalize Homosexuality? It is not a surprise when you consider libertarians and globalist are part of the Republican Party. I believe we should start considering backing the Constitution party. The can dates that are available are located at http://www.constitutionparty.com/candidates.php. Please check it out because some need signatures to make the ballot. Strike a blow for freedom for you can make a difference.
I agree with Mr. Brown regarding the Constitution Party; dividing the Republican vote is a wonderful idea! Support the Constitution Party!
