As God controls all things, maybe He is allowing Satan to use this dim-witted wack-job and his evil government to fulfill prophecy, I don't know. But one thing I do know is this guy is deluded and evil and his actions are going to cause probably hundreds of thousands of deaths, many of which will be his own people. I hope Allah is stocking Paradise with plenty of doe-eyed virgins.
