In the most tipsy turvy statement of the day, I was in shock to hear Teddy Kennedy actually agrees with the president, and said, ” I think the Star Spangled Banner ought to be sung in English. Period. I don’t know what to make of it. Charles Johnson says it is a sign of the Apocalypse!

Seems pretty obvious to me. The US leaders of the illegal alien push for amnesty and citizenship crossed the political divide and agreed to downplay the national anthem in Spanish incident to minimize any backlash. That’s why President Bush and Ted Kennedy sing the same song–they are in it together.
