[...] The ACLU and their “legal observers” hate the Minutemen, because they defend this country from illegal invaders likely to vote Democrat. Stop the ACLU has the story about how the ACLU has lost another one of their fights. From Tucson today comes the news that the ACLU is not going to be able to kick the Minutemen Corps. off of public trust land. [...]

[...] A little news from Arizona: The American Civil Liberties Union’s attempt to get the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps volunteers off state trust land fizzled out Tuesday. Last week, the ACLU’s Ray Ybarra contacted the Arizona State Land Department about the group’s presence on state trust land without permits. On Monday evening, a resource area manager from the Arizona State Land Department visited the volunteers, who are carrying out a monthlong patrol south of Three Points on a private ranch off Arizona 86, both groups concurred. From there, the stories stray a bit. Stacey O’Connell, Arizona chapter president of the Minutemen, said the issue was resolved that evening when some of the volunteers showed valid permits and those without promised to get them online. It gets better. It turns out that some of the Minutemen patrolling on state-owned land that is leased by ranchers are actually there at the invitation of the ranch owners, and in many cases are actually contracted by the ranch owners to perform ranch work, such as monitoring locations of cattle herds, while they keep an eye out for illegal immigrants invaders. Hat tip: Stop The ACLU [...]

Nice post Kender, thanks. A fact the Minutemen may not know, having a hunting or fishing license in Arizona gives the holder authority to be on State Trust land 365 days a year. Some state land may be off limits if one must cross private land to reach it and there are alternative access routes. However, having the license gives the holder almost universal access to State Trust land.

Yes the good guys won one. But, as we could point out to the President, the Minutemen are just doing border work that the Mexicans won’t do. (Correction, the Mexicans won’t control their northern border, they do a pretty darn good job of controlling their southern border.)

Anyway, to see how the illegal immigrant problem is violating our civil rights please see http://linknzona.blogspot.com
	Thanks.
