		<description>Al Quaeda is only part of the adverse situation.  The other part is the communist Baath party the dominates the Sunni population.  I am firmly convinced that most of the so called secular violence in Iran was really between communist posing as Sunnis and Shiites.  I have heard that Al Quada is a Sunni religious group.  If, as rumored, most of the local Sunni&#039;s are communist then it would certainly not be fertile ground for them.</description>
