A Literal Gag Order

A District Court judge fed up with a criminal defendant’s unwillingness to keep quiet in court last week ordered a bailiff to put duct tape on the man’s mouth.” The ACLU did not find this amusing. However, Sobek Pundit did. So did I, especially since it got under the ACLU’s skin. Heh.

    good one!..More judges should take things “literally”…wow I could use mah imagination on this one..heh.
