"Save it actus, that argument is just too juvenile to address."

I know. We let these juvelines rule our women and decide when they've suffered enough to be able to control their bodies.

"Our laws tell us all what to do with our bodies everyday"

And on the day you're raped? they say: get over it.

"Sounds like just the sort of person to be telling rape victims what to do with their bodies."

"What does “weed” have to do with abortion?"

Teh power of congress reaches abortion, just like it does weed.

"Rape victims will eventually recover from a rape… no child recovers from abortion."

Sounds like just the sort of person to be telling rape victims what to do with their bodies. You people are too much.

"If congress can ban weed, it can ban abortion."

What does "weed" have to do with abortion?

That is a 'states rights' issue as well.

"Right. Make it legal and rape victims don’t have to bear their attackers children."

"Backward is right… There is a perp and a victum and your solution is to make another victim of the most innocent of all."

"And Jay is right, it is a “states right” issue."

SoA,

We are not going to agree on this any way you cut it.

I believe that murdering a child for his father's crime is downright barbaric.

You believe that after a woman's body has been violated once, we can fix it by violating it again. (and you think I'm sick)

You think "feelings" trump life... I don't.

"FETUSES ARE NOT BABIES OR CHILDREN."

You can say it over and over and holler all you want but that will not change the fact that they are babies.

Whether you agree or not and like it or not, abortion is going down.

If you want to debate, you'll do it without the profanity, crudeness and personal attacks. Otherwise, take it somewhere else.

Once again you are missing the point entirely. The reason that many people, including many liberals, think that Roe vs. Wade should be revisited is because it is flawed judicial activism.

The point is that abortion should be decided by each State, not by the Feds. If the majority of the people in this State disagree with what their representatives have written, then they can express that at the voting booth, lobby and petition. If the representatives of that State think they are outside of the majority, they will compromise to what that majority wants.

The simple truth is that the majority of people in every state wants "killing innocent and defenseless babies" to be done away with. We could debate issues of the mother's health and life, or rape and incest...but that isn't the point. The majority of Americans want abortion to be rare. The majority of liberals want it to be birth control. Each State should be able to make its own decision without the Feds being involved.

When we talk about something like partial birth abortion, then I wouldn't have a problem with the Feds intervening. I think enough folks across America can see that for what it is.

"Sending to jail doctors that give rape and incest victims abortion. Great work people!"

And you would prefer to further "victimize" them?

Maybe we can convince the President to issue a 'blanket pardon' for all babies conceived while the President is in office.
