I hold Congress responsible for holding the federal judiciary in control. They have acted appropriately in tightening sentencing guidelines and demanding the right to review judicial cases which has caused federal judges in New York have resisted there constitutional control claiming independence. The neglect to remember the balance of power. That is why congress has the power to legislate the actions of the other two branches of government.

In my opinion, those who seek to make the border issue difficult, complex, etc. are trying to detract from the central issues. These issues are the rule of law in America and our national security.

Those who support illegal immigration do not care that millions are breaking the law by entering illegally, working illegally, hiring illegally, and staying here illegally. Imagine, as many as 20+ million illegal immigrants here breaking several laws every day, and perhaps as many as several million employers also breaking the laws by falsifying or knowingly accepting falsified documents, avoiding tax, social security, OSHA, workman’s compensation, and other laws legitimate businesses must obey. How can America stand with about 10% of its population involved in criminal conspiracy and criminal activity every day? Short answer, it cannot. We know how flaunting the law weakened America and brought us organized crime during prohibition. These criminal conspiracies and criminal acts are eating at the fabric of America every day.

Those opposed to illegal immigration see the above danger to America and believe in the rule of law.

Those who support illegal immigration are also supporting illegal importation of several million pounds of illegal drugs every year and an open path to terrorists. If the border is open to illegal immigration it is also open to illegal drugs and terrorists.

Those who oppose illegal immigration are also opposing illegal drugs and terrorism.
And thus they are working to defend and protect America and its people. The pro open border/mass amnesty people cannot say that. Don’t let them detract from the two central issues by stating false immigration myths or using the race card. This issue is not about race, it is about what is illegal and dangerous to America.
