The Legislature DID write a law. Its being challenged and now the Supreme Court must do its job and interpret it. Definitely not Judicial Activism. This is fitting and proper that they exercise their duty. But now, we will have to see how the Court relates its judgment to the Constitution and how the public accepts its judgment.
