"As long as you have this sandbox to play in, you’re not out there doing any real damage to those who support the Constitution, freedom, and the USA."

You're right. This site supports those that support the Constitution, freedom, and the U.S.A, as opposed to guys like you whose anti-Bush policy overrides the common sense and dignity to defend the lives of Americans.

" Ahhh… the Patriot Act in action. It’s a beautiful thing, isn’t it?"

	Exactly. Now you're getting it.

The people being defended, contrary to PermanentCeasefire's view, advocate terrorism, the destruction of a nation, Israel, and the killing of Americans.

There is nothing wrong with advocating anything, however, their history has proved that advcation leads to action; murder.

Visiting this country is a priviledge. If you are anti American or advocate terror, you can be denied entry. You have no rights, except the right to stay home and fulminate.

Based on anything that I wrote, where do you see that I advocate the killing of American citizens?
Look again at what I wrote and see the truth.
This what I'm talking about. I advocate the 1st Ammendment and some fascist accuses me of wanting to kill innocent Americans. What the hell are you talking about?
Has George Bush's ideology crawled that far up your [edited]? Do you really believe that if you dissent you're ant-American?

Three Round-Ups For the Price of One
That's right, folks. I somehow managed to puzzle it out that Paris Hilton is a moron. Clearly, I'm a genius. Kneel before my intellect, sons and daughters of Jor-El.

Permanantceasefire,

Let's look at your view. It is OK to advocate the killing of American citizens, it is OK to fund, raise funds and support terrorist organizations so they can commit homicide bombings and kill more innocent people. It is OK for foreign nationals to violate our laws and have a get out of jail free card.

You people are skewed. We are a nation of laws. Deport this guy and the controversy ends. Deport all of them. They have abused their priviledge to stay here.

It is a priviledge, not a right.

I love this crap!
Where would we be without right-wing conspiracy theorists!
Let's deconstruct this tidbit of garbage, shall we?
	1. "[...]the ACLU claims that since “the two most serious charges” were thrown out, that al-Arian should be set free, and that such a move would demonstrate that the United States “welcomes religious and ethnic diversity."

First of all, his attorneys, Linda Moreno and William Moffet, make the aforementioned claim on behalf of their defendant. They are not affiliated with the ACLU. In fact, liberals all over the country are snivelling because the ACLU has kept such a low profile.

	2. "[...]the jury deadlocked on several serious terrorism charges, including “Conspiracy to Provide Material Support to a Designated Foreign Terrorist Organization,” “Conspiracy to Make and Receive Contributions of Funds, Goods, or Services to, or for the Benefit of Specially Designated Terrorists,” as well as racketeering and money laundering charges."

Maybe there's a reason why the jury deadlocked. God knows, the government is bustin' it's [edited], spending a lot of tax dollars trying to convict this man (and his alleged cohort, Sameeh Hammoudeh).
These guys are in lock down. They rarely see their families, and they only get to see their attorneys for 15 minutes a day. If you were an attorney for these guys, do you think you might want a little more time with your client? Ahhh... the Patriot Act in action. It's a beautiful thing, isn't it?

	3. "Upon news of the verdict, the St. Petersburg Times, largely favorable to Al-Arian during the trial, called him a “carrier of hate,” and said that, “[a]s a legal resident, Al-Arian has abused this nation’s hospitality and engaged in conduct that may warrant his deportation”"

So what. The First Ammendment says that any [edited] can say whatever he wants (within reason). Take this blog for example. And if you don't like that example, what about all of the pro-Hitler crap that was flying around in the '30's and '40's (and continues today). But then again, Hitler was a fascist, just like many of you who believe that the ACLU is actually a clever disguise for the boogeyman.

I could go on, but why should I? As long as you have this sandbox to play in, you're not out there doing any real damage to those who support the Constitution, freedom, and the USA.
