It’s Official – ACLU Desires Destruction Of America
The ACLU sends defense teams to Guantanamo Bay. The ACLU files on behalf of Jose Padilla. The ACLU fights for CAIR. The ACLU defends school boards’ positions on teaching Islam in the classroom. The ACLU opposes the Patriot Act. The ACLU blasts the Justice Department over the NSA eavesdropping probe and calls for Special Prosecutor to investigate President Bush. What more evidence do we need?
Add to these ignorant positions, the cases that they’ve taken to remove our national identity, keep our borders open, strip us of our religious heritage, and the sacrifice of our 1st Amendment freedom of expression rights for the sake of not offending those of other faiths.
The United States is a Constitutional Federal Republic. This means that our government is made of many members (States) all equal and sovereign. The central government is limited in the scope of its authority by the Constitution which establishes the Federal Republic. And on top of the 11 years that it took to draft this document which has outlined our nation for the past 214 years, our forefathers had the insight to include as an after-thought 10 Amendments which outline the rights of the people and the limits of the government. The end authority when in doubt is the 10th Amendment.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
But the ACLU in its promotion of judicial activism in the spirit of Justice Hugo Black, has been the greatest advocate of a larger further reaching federal government and restricted state authority. By convincing activist judges that limitations on the federal government by the Constitution apply also to state governments in complete disregard of the 10th Amendment, the ACLU and the leftists in this nation are stripping away our national identity and safety.
The ACLU has an approximate 400,000 members. And to be “liberal” with an additional estimate of 400,000 non-member supporters. So that leaves roughly 279,200,000 American citizens who the ACLU wish to push their policies upon.
It is time for the free thinking, true red blooded Americans in this nation to stand up to these socialist thugs and reclaim our nation. No longer will we stand by and allow them to secretly advance their agenda in America. We will point out every anti-American initiative pushed by any member of any leftist organization.
We on the right, love our nation. We love it as it was designed. We are proud of the changes that we have advocated over the past 151 years. Including but not limited to, the Emancipation Proclamation, the 13th, 14, and 15th Amendments, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and yes, the voting rights amendment. These were all Republican initiatives. Never-mind what the leftists try and tell you. Do your own Google search into who introduced these and what party they were a member of and you will find that I’m correct.
The Communist, I mean Democratic, Party boasts as their most beloved members a former member of the KKK. Senator Robert Byrd, the most senior member of Congress, and poster child for the Communist, I mean Democratic, Party was a member of the Ku Klux Klan. He even filibustered the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for 6 hours. During which time he stooped as low as to read from the Washington, DC telephone directory.
It’s time you wake up and smell the manure, but cause that’s what the Communist, I mean Democratic, Party has been shoveling on you.
