[...] However, as we have reported before, it isn’t as simple a situation as the ACLU claim in their press releases. Tariq Ramadan is Islamist royalty. His grandfather is Hasan al-Banna who founded the Muslim Brotherhood, in all probability the most powerful Islamist institution of the twentieth century, in Egypt in 1928. The Muslim Brotherhood, has been referred to by some to be the father of virtually all modern-day Islamic terror groups. Tariq is a Swiss citizen because his father, Sa‘id Ramadan, also a leading Islamist, fled from Egypt in 1954 following a crackdown on the brotherhood. [...]

[...] Sounds like good common sense to me. Many of these so called “peaceful” protesters have shown themselves to be quite dangerous, and extending protection beyond VIP’s to the general public seems like a natural step in the right direction. The provision is not stopping anyone from protesting or speaking out. The ACLU have sued the FBI over the Patriot Act, and have just recently brought a lawsuit against another provision that bars foreign aliens that endorse or espouse terrorist activity. They attack it piece by piece any chance they get. The ACLU have no concern for the safety of America, and they will use any scare tactic they can to gain your dollar. What we should really fear is how “Safe and Free” America would be if the ACLU had its way. [...]

ACLU vs. Patriot Act
I'd compare it to seeking changes to the U.S. Postal Service charter because a package was delivered to the wrong address or was lost.

Once again, the ACLU has proved that they should be prosecuted for impersonating attorneys. They have no concept of the difference between rights and priviledges.

A visa to a foreign national is a priviledge granted by the US to allow visitation or residency. It is not a right. The US needs no reason to deny visas to any person, group, or nationality.

They can legally discriminate against any person or group.

The ACLU has been reduced to a frivoulous group filing frivolous suits and actions in search for relevancy.

It is time for some sane judge, if any are left, to slam them with a bankrupting fine for filing these actions.

We are still in the process of getting rid of our own Muslim professors that support Terrorist groups, we don’t have to import them!
But hey, lets not discuss all terrorists now...

The French are going hard against terrorist so why are we baby-ing them. Has something gone wrong. Regardless of how old an organization is or how educated its leaders are they can still be counted as enemies if they seek to do us harm. It doesn't take a degree from an institution of higher learning to know that. I guess Muslim scholars have'nt taken terrorism 101.
