“I was pleased last year to proclaim 1983 the year of the Bible. But, you know, a group called the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) severely criticized me for doing that. Well, I wear their indictment like a badge of honor.” — Ronald Reagan, January 1984.

At the end of his two terms in office, Ronald Reagan looked back with satisfaction at the achievements of his time in office, known as the Reagan Revolution, which aimed to revive the American people and reduce their reliance upon Government.

Reagan was not shy in his approach to Conservative ideals, and was an amazing communicator to the American people. He brought about true change for the better, and always with a humerous and classy style. What Ronald Reagan did was spark a true revolution in the hearts and minds of America. His optimistic views, always instilled hope in America. He was truly one of the greatest Presidents ever, and certainly deserves the title. Reagan rocked, and will have a significant part of history; one of hope, prosperity, and integrity.

You could see the sincerity and dignity written all over Regan’s face. There will probably never be another President to compare him to.

His revolution is immortal, and hopeful, thank God for the seeds Reagan planted that are now beggining to bloom.

Make sure to see Mike’s America and his awesome tribute to the Gipper, as well as Dr. Sanity’s tribute.
Conservative Culture also has a great tribute called 25 years ago the Reagan revolution began.

Jay, did you know about TWA buddy Mike’s week-long tribute to Reagan? Quite a resource, at Mike’s America.

Ronald Reagan was by far the best President we have had in my lifetime. GWB is the second greatest!

Jay, I think you mean “The Reagan Conservatives” for the group name, unless its some cult of personality around former White House Chief of Staff Don Regan. ;)

He was a great man. We’re lucky to have had him as long as we did.
