They are only worried that the court will be swayed away from their agenda. Alitto looks to be honest but looks have been deceptive in the past. We need to seriously consider pressuring Congress to get radical Federal judges off the high court and minimize the radicals on the lower courts. Only then do we have a chance to have our true civil liberties protected instead of stolen.
