World Tribune is reporting: Ariel Sharon Dead at 77
Michelle Malkin saying it is unconfirmed. Conflicting reports. He isn’t dead, but he is at death’s doorway.
A hospital official says Ariel Sharon is in “stable but serious” condition after five hours of brain surgery.
The World waits and watches. One thing is for sure. A new era in Israel’s political history is about to begin.

The world will mourn.
Given the reliability of the MSM and *death reports* of late, I’d guess they’re gonna make VERY sure before anyone goes out on a limb this time…
I got bit by this story, too. Even blogged and called the local TalkRadio station about it. Ooops!
Regardless, I don’t think he’ll be returning to politics unless he has a miraculous recovery.
My prayers are with him, his family, and nation.
