I agree we have to do something to stop terrorism, but is acting like complete fools and torturing everyone that looks at us wrong doesn't seem kosher (pun intended). My feeling is that some of the people that are in these prisons haven't done anything wrong, and might have been protected by the First Amendment if U.S. citizens. Would you feel comfortable having a fellow blogger sent to one of these prisons because he disagreed with the U.S. Government policies?
