On The O’Reilly Factor tonight, Bill and Judge Napolitano discussed Judge Stephen Reinhardt, a liberal judge on the 9th Circuit. The above image is just a brief history of the decisions he has made during his tenure. The Judge’s wife works for the ACLU. Rulings on the 9th Circuit court are often struck down by the Supreme Court of the United States.

More than 90% of 9th Circuit opinions that are granted Certiorari to the Supreme Court are struck down by the Court, and many of those started in the Federal District Court sitting in San Francisco. Big shock. It’s a rogue bunch that should be impeached.
