O’Reilly: NYCLU Wants Sex Offenders Out of Jail (VIDEO)
Posted on November 14, 2005
O’Reilly talks about NY Civil liberties Union wanting sex offenders out of jail. The ACLU are working to get 12 convicted sex offenders out of state custody. They all served light sentences. William Clark, convicted twice for molesting children got just five years after his second offense. Mark McCray repeatedly raped a nine year old boy. He got two years. Republican Governor George Pataki has used his power to keep these men, and ten others, under State supervision after their prison terms are up because state doctors consider them dangerous. The ACLU doesn’t like that.
