		<description>Roberts did the right thing. By the time they actually hear the case Alito will be on the Court.
	Roberts did  what Scalia did on a case he had made public statements about when it came before the Court. If it turns out to be a four, four split the lower court ruling stands.</description>

		<description>In an odd way it is disheartening that Roberts did recuse himself.  We need his mind and conservatism in the decision.   This case is of incredible importance.

	At the same time it is good to seem he is a man of character.  I pray this turns out in our favor.</description>
