I’m a 57 year old woman with a Ph.D. Harriet Miers has been an affirmative-action pick from the time she was chosen as a partner in her law firm. Not a ball-buster, err, I mean, not too aggressive, not too pretty, not too smart.and most of all, not too threatening. Thank God we are past all that. Janice Rogers Brown is my pick, but I’d settle for Luttig or Miguel Estrada.

Be careful of what you ask for… Those who opposed this nominee and think Bush capable of being vindictive, now have to worry about Gonzales being nominated.

I personally don’t think he is vindictive, but if I did, I would be extremely worried.
