And she risked her life so that someday minorities would have the right to file lawsuits like this:

Any truth to the rumor that Rosa was not feeling well and went to the Dr. She was sitting in the waiting room and a white Dr. came out and asked her to get up and come with him. She said that she was not getting out of her seat for a white man and did not get medical attention and died.

	Just wanted to know.

You know what I find the saddest thing about all this? That we had to honor a dead woman for not getting up on a bus. How could this great country traet people like that? I would never expect a person to give up a seat because they are a different color. I would never take a seat while a lady had to stand. I know times have changed but how could we have been that ignorant as a society?

Cannukistan, I don't believe that for a minute. Many want you to believe we did not really go to the moon, Christ was a homosexual and martin Luther was sane. Until proven otherwise, I think of her as a hero!
As for the dork who is having a laugh at the expense of Bill Bennett, if you would read or listen to the comment he made in full context, you would feel as stupid as you sound!
La Shawn Barber, Rizalist, and others.... you are right on, keep up the great work 'yall.
 Rock On Jay!

It is interesting to think about the fact that we actually did not have laws that would have required Rosa Parks' mother to abort her merely because she was black. Such laws would have been wrong, even if they would have made the world a better place in some ways. It is an interesting intellectual exercise to think about aborting black children. --Bill Bennett

Rosa Parks Dead at 92 What Happened To Her Legacy?
Rosa Parks died today. She was 92. Parks was the civil rights leader who refused to move to the back of the bus and was arrested for disorderly conduct. It set off a firestorm that began the modern civil rights era that would see the end of Jim Crow....

I'm just wondering when ol' Rosa's death will be blamed on "whitey" and racism in general. Afterall, nothing bad ever happens to blacks that isn't "whitey's" fault, right?
