Also the childs father's conviction is only part of the issue thr mother is also a junkie. Now if they left that child there and ten years from now it comes out that the mother abused the child because of drugs or that the father raped that child everyone would be screaming about why did they leave that child in that house. This is a dangerous precedent. In no way have they proved iminent harm or danger to this child. What's next? Forced sterilization of all felons? This is wrong.
