He just wants to weed out the odious liberals. Face it, folks. You're no different than anyone else in America in having an agenda and inventing facts to suit. The fact that Jay rails against taxpayer funding of the ACLU (which has fought for Christian causes numerous times) while blithely ignoring religious groups' using taxpayer funds to spread lies about STDs and contraception says it all. I think any judge that legislates from the bench should go to the wayside.
