You will lose the case and there will be no written opinion, just a dismissal. I proved in federal court that judges has impaired a contract and thereby denied my right to enforce its terms. The case was dismissed - then appealed and then certiorari to supreme court. I lost all three and there was never one opinion written so to this day I dont know why! Courts are just corrupt and thats the way this phony so called Nation of Laws works. Judges will not permit other judges to be sued.
