		<description>Here in Ohio, we have specialty tags for everything.  You name it, there is a tag for it.  This whole thing has been a tremendous waste of money.  No wonder why the fee for a driver&#039;s license has climbed from $11.50 in 2002 to $24.00 now.  And that&#039;s not to mention the fees for tags which have to be re-newed annually.
