Revenge of Newdow: Pledge Ruled Unconstitutional in California AGAIN.

Newdow has filed another suit, this time representing atheist families and their children, against the pledge in public schools. Updates will be posted frequently at Part-Time Pundit, but the long and short of it is that we’re going again. Because the Supreme Court did not rule on the MERITS of Newdow’s argument but just said he had no standing to sue, we’re in for another fight on the pledge.

    Neadow, Neudow, Nudow… I’ve seen several different spellings. Better check or you might miss some searches… it’s NEWDOW in this CNN article
