“No man who hates dogs and children,” W.C. Fields liked to say, “can be all bad.” The biggest difference between Mr. Fields and the American Civil Liberties Union is that the ACLU still likes dogs.
In case after case, in courtrooms all over the country, the ACLU continues to affirm its abiding hatred for the American family – for traditional moral values, for the sanctity of marriage and for life itself.
But perhaps, most alarmingly, for innocent children – especially children raised with a strong faith.
It is not just that the organization has taken leave of its moral conscience. The ACLU has grown so extreme, so systematic, so concentrated in its war on children that it is easier to believe its attorneys have taken leave of their senses.
How else to explain their determined defense of pornographic and outrageous websites, like that of the North American Man-Boy Love Association, which serenades aspiring pederasts in the subtleties of sodomy?
Convicted killer Charles Jaynes wrote in his diary that he drew “psychological comfort” from the NAMBLA website, studying it carefully before kidnapping and murdering 10-year-old Jeffrey Curley of Cambridge, Mass. The website, Jaynes said, helped him and his partner, Salvatore Sicari, overcome some of their lingering hesitations about committing such a crime.
Yet when Jeffrey’s parents sued NAMBLA for promoting materials that fanned the flames of rape and murder in Jaynes’ and Sicari’s twisted minds, the ACLU proudly leapt to the organization’s defense, citing First Amendment protections.
Yet, the ACLU states in one of their position papers that “freedom of speech does not prevent punishing conduct that intimidates, harasses or threatens another person, even if words are used.” How can speech that promotes the sodomizing of young boys not be interpreted as intimidation, harassment or threatening?

How sickening and very sad. Keep it up Jay, everyone needs to truly understand the ACLU. And yes, I did read about your little Glenn problem.
In which court case does the ACLU “affirm its abiding hatred for the American family”? Or do you hate the ACLU because they don’t share your homophobia?
You go out of your way to point out the website of NAMBLA. Do you blame Jodie Foster for President Reagan’s assassination attempt? Why is your website more deserving of first amendment protection than theirs? I hope no convincted killers draw any “psychological comfort” from your website, but even if they do, you aren’t the one who did the killing (I hope).
Admit it, you dislike the ACLU because you dislike the Bill of Rights. You seem dissatisfied when people with whom you disagree enjoy the same constitutional protections as you.
Fortunately, not all of us share that philosophy. While I hope you will temper your homophobias and other fears, I (and the ACLU) stand by your right to express your dislikes.
I think we should look through ALL cases of rape and murder ever committed for at least the last 50 years. Face it… a rapist is a rapist is a rapist and a murderer is a murderer is a murderer. They will do as they will because it is what they are. If a heterosexual androphile – attraction to those roughly your own age – is found guilty of rape then accoding to your logic ALL heterosexual androphiles are rapists.
How about all those serial killers? I bet some of them had PLAYBOY magazines. Just think od the amount of money that could be gained by starting a class-action suit against PLAYBOY for all the heterosexual androphiles convicted of RAPE/MURDER who were found to be in possession of that magazine.
Let’s take all the way to the end of the line and you will see how truely stupid your arguements actually are.
You know something mr. Nambla@pinkcity? Looking at Playboy isn’t a crime, but looking at pedophilia is. So please take your perverted sick self, and go somewhere else.
The fact that you would advocate such sick behavior is something that I will not tolerate here. I believe in freedom of speech, but I won’t hestiate to restrict yours here…because I disagree with it. Call me what you will…and I’ll call you what you are, you sick freak.
The bill of rights as far as I’m concerned does not apply to the lunatic fringe/criminal that kills, murders or advocates having sex with children.
If sexual deviance has been linked to the hypothalamo-pituitary-gonadal axis (HPGA), further explaining a definite biological reason for paedophilia, they’ll surely find a cure. A study revealed unusually high prolactin levels and low testosterone levels in paedophiles. Last time I checked, medical society is very good at supplementing bodily fluids and enzymes. Bromocriptine is used to lower prolactin levels, and usually works within six weeks. This type of medical treatment was used with a 29 year old paedophile convicted of sexually molesting a six-year-old girl. After treatment, he reported zero cravings for sub-adult girls. Was this merely an act for his probation officer? Could be.
If there are definite cures for paedophilia, treatment should be utilized. However, due to the impossibility of recognizing pre-processed paedophiles, it would be up to the paedophile to ask for help. I don’t see many paedophiles racing for treatment centers. It would then be the double fault of the paedophile for molesting/abusing a child. If treatment was available, the paedophile has made a conscious choice to stick with his/her current sexual drives. In most cases, I would assume this would be the self-righteous paedophile taking a stand for his/her beloved children, in which case there should be no endocrine screening, and the subject should be shot/hung/or made to disappear.
Paedophiles are the scum of the earth, preying on children, the most innocent in our society.
The Bill of Rights doesn’t and shouldn’t protect deviants, murderers and child molesters–we have laws in place against sodomy and other forms of deviancy, we should make certain they get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for the horrible crimes they commit.
It makes me sick that an evil sick demented sexual deviant child molester would come here talking about his “civil rights”.

To gabor, there is a vast difference between this site and namblas, and that is that this site doesn’t offer instructions as to how to commit crimes by offering pamphlets teaching people how to commit crimes, but it is well known that nambla has a publication that teaches men how to get away with molesting young boys.
TO both of you I would say you should attempt self-fornication, but Jay has a rule about cussing on this site, with which I agree.

I get the distinct impression that that’s the way you’d like to have it. Apart from your own little, narrow group of selects I’m sure.
If Viamund considers our “narrow group of selects” to be those of us who think that pedophilia is wrong, then I guess he’d be correct. I would like to see the earth wiped clean of each and every one of these deviants. A more poignant question for him would be – Why take the side of the pedophiles? Do you have a vested interest in having this kind of activity legitimized?
I’d be interested to know whose side you’re on Viamund. Is it ok for adults to have sex with children (regardless of sexual orientation) or not? Instead of the cryptic, ambiguous ponderings, try just answering that one question.
The Bill of Rights does protect all people here as long as they excercise their rights RESPONSIBLY. It kind of comes back to the old story. You are told that you can say anything you want, as long as you speak in a responsible manner. So, when you go into a crowded, dark movie theatre and yell “FIRE”, you are arrested, even though you were just “excercising your right to free speech.” What about the people who paid to see a movie, don’t they have a right NOT to be tricked into a PANIC over a fake fire? Don’t they have the right NOT to be trampled by those trying to get out? You see, you DO have rights, but you ALSO have to be RESPONSIBLE for your actions. Any person who believes that the B.O.R. protects actions such as having sex WITH A CHILD, needs to go back to school, or just GO AWAY!
The most frightening words for most prople who post here is that “Children are not your property”. They are living beingings who have a right to their own dreams, privacy, sexuality, socio-political views. Even when they differ from yours.
Whatever 2 or more consenting individuals do amongst themselves in private in their own business. Yet again we must bear with those NAZI-mentality types who would have the right to exercise their oen brand of control in regards to their sexually perverted views of the flesh and reality in gerneral. Sex is not evil. It is this absurd notion that it is something more than the act or procreation or the means of physical pleasure that is why we have so much hatred. The sad part is that those who scream and chant really do not approve any opposing views. They only want their loud crying to drown out any intelligent debate. You should know that sex is harmless and it is this perverse cultural attitude toward it that results in guilt and fear and shame where none should exist. It is those who cry out that such harmless acts of fun ar anything more than just that. People like you who have created this world where love takes a back seat to yet more ” isms “. As the civilazation gradually matures it begins to see these wrongs. You will be seen as the same jokes that history reveals – those who praise those rules that build yet more artificial barriers amongst HUMANIY. Viamund, I am not a prude. In fact, I am just the opposite. I happen to think that an active and adventurous sex life is healthy and important. And you’re right about one thing: Sex for pleasure is not something a person should be ashamed of…Unless you vicitimize someone to get it.
That is where you and I violently diverge.
First I will say…Protecting my children from anyone who would exploit their naivety, is not about “property”, it’s about my responsibility as their parent to protect them from the emotional and physical damage that would be inflicted upon them, by a common deviant, such as yourself under the guise of ‘love’ and ‘consent’. And don’t give me the horsecrap about it being harmless or the ability of children to give informed consent. I spent many years working through the damage inflicted on me, by a loving and affectionate caregiver like you, and if I had him in front of me now, I would trade the rest of my life away in jail, to strangle the life from him, in retribution for the pain I suffered while he engaged in his “harmless act of fun”.
And you choose to condemn me, because I dare to judge you? What you propose as acceptable is vile, cruel and the lowest form of debauchery and you deserve to be judged in the harshest terms possible. Pray you never meet my children, lest you be judge by the muzzle of a gun.

Well WONDER WOMAN I will not argue with you about the importance of a healthy erotic life. Still we diverge when it comes to AGEISM and the concept of ” CHILD “. I cannot comment on your perceptions of what that word means. To examine history is to observe the changing views of youth. I disagree with those who seem to feel that N.A.M.B.L.A. is espousing the right to RAPE children. You must realize that children develop at a different rate. ALSO in terms of sexuality you corrupt the child by instilling these sex negative views. What do you even consider sex to be? It is not those acts I am sure that many would suspect. The goals of N.A.M.B.L.A. are not to allow RAPE – as a rapist is a rapist -. It is to allow youth to explore their own individualism in terms of self. Children are by nature VERY egocentric. They require support and love in their persuits as well as caution. I admit there there are many who are by my estimation not placing there partners before them. Still that will be found in ALL relationships. It is not my intention to offend anybody here – although I suspect that is not a view shared by all here-. I try to present a different side so that this site will at least be interesting.
What we need truely is an organization that is prepared to address the RIGHTS of youth as indiviual HUMAN beings. They deserve far more than they are allowed. Certainly VOTING is my my opinion something that should be based on desire and ability as opposed to some abstyract age.
ALSO I admit I am not the best at typing and I did notice the typos in my last post but I am a busy mans and so I cannot always take time when submitting a post.
I’ll check back here from time to time. It is good to at least encourage a dialog even if we do not agree.
