How did I miss this one in the local paper.... OH, it was either buried deep in the thing or omitted altogether. The local rag is 100% Liberal, and its shows. We can use this precident to our advantage, and forward the information to organizations defending themselves against the ACLU in similar circumstances so their lawyers can use it against the commies.
