But, if one of these charities share your info with other charities and gets paid for it, that info can generate hundreds of times the amount that you have pledged. Plus pay for the mailings, plus the administration fees for the organization, payoffs to local warlords, etc. This thread puts a spotlight on the whole non-profit organization industry.
