There is no public service performed by publishing more Abu Ghraib photos, but there is a demonstrable negative effect on our war efforts. This is the true goal of the ACLU; to defeat the U.S. in the war against terrorism, and terrorist nations. Obviously, since the military was investigating it 2 months prior to the MSM "breaking story" (and also way after the Pentagon also informed the MSM of the investigation) some "things" did happen. And people have been convicted of same. But you know, not all evidence is allowed into the public realm when it's deemed prejudicial. Even defense attorneys are under strict statute NOT to share information they receive under discovery publicly or, in certain circumstances, even with their own clients. I'd say that these pics fall right into that category. Kevin
