LOL, cl – don’t you have anything better in life to do then check back every hour here to see how people respond to you? As to the matter of your rebuttal, I see that you are not beyond a shot below the belt either. (Which is basically what I said to begin with). The sick part of it all is obviously you enjoy pot(ty) shots or you wouldn’t keep coming back for more. Now tell me this, what is sensible about that behavior?

Gun Toting Lib – No, I don’t know what you mean. I think supporting organizations that are filled with gray area (i.e. in direct conflict with themselves) is hazardous to everyone’s health. I am not sure that the NRA falls into this category though – to do so their policy would be to put a machine gun in every childs hand and take it away from their parents, then you could compare it to the ACLU. Read this and see why the ACLU is hazardous to everyone’s health.

CL – as a proclaimed atheist (so say you) you can swear on a roll of toilet paper for all I care. Anything coming out of your mouth, is equivalent to what is coming out of your ***. But hey, thanks for sharing your input anyway…

Why do we need to swear on anything? What happen to on your honor to do the correct thing? I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. That’s all.

However, have you ever tried to tell the whole truth under oath? The judge will most likely direct you to answer the question presented to you. Now, how can one tell the whole truth if no one ever asks them? The oath itself is flawed regardless of who or what you swear to.

Is Eliasbergh an idiot? “things that are prohibited by the Constitution cannot be changed by the will of the people…” Does he not know about the amendment process? The Constitution is changed by the Amendment procedure, which has to be ratified by each state. The ratification comes by way of represenatives that in fact, are the people. I never spent one day in law school, and I know that much. I guess he was sick the day they taught that part. Moron…

Sorry Jay, got your message about posting this just now – I worked last night and just woke up.

Thanks for posting this at Stop the ACLU – why anyone would support such a hypocritical organization like the ACLU is beyond me. It is not about liberty’s or individual freedoms with them – it is really a lawyer driven money machine abusing the system and dumb individuals who think that the bottom dwelling mud sucking shark attorneys representing them really care.
